Air Travel Discount

CTBUH is pleased to have Air France and KLM as our official conference airline partner offering flight discounts for the CTBUH 2025 Europe Conference.

Please follow the steps below to claim a 10% discount on the Air France or KLM airfare for attendees of CTBUH 2025 Europe Conference. The discount is only available if booked in EURO (€) currency via the AirFrance.com or KLM.com website. If you book from a non € currency country, please change to a website of one of the € currency countries.

  1. Follow the regular booking process, when asked if “travelling for business” select YES and use MICE as “contract name”, this ensures the Air France-KLM corporate recognition associated with “Global Meetings and Events” program during your flights.
  2. After completing your personal details click on “Proceed to payment details” at the bottom of the page and enter in the “Your discount code” field the discount code: GME50661AF
  3. Click on ‘Send discount code’ and if conditions are met* the discount will be applied (see terms and conditions details at the bottom of this page).

Train Travel to Rotterdam

For attendees joining us for the Rotterdam program, attendees are encouraged to take advantage of NS International public transportation. Trains depart from Amsterdam Centraal and arrive at Rotterdam Centraal. The trip typically takes less than an hour and trains run frequently throughout the day.  

To get to Amsterdam Centraal via public transit, plan your journey here to find the quickest route. Tickets can be booked online at NS Tickets, where you can choose between standard or flexible fares. Flexible tickets allow cancellations or changes to booking up to 15 minutes before departure for a small fee. Standard tickets are typically non-refundable but can be exchanged for a fee.

Air France/KLM Terms and Conditions

  • Passengers booking a ticket with a Global Meetings & Events special internet discount code (IDC), can only use the IDC code allocated to the specific event if they will physically attend 1 day of the event and will need a proof of attendance, for example: an official invitation, entrance badge, etc.
  • IDC is only valid for online reservations from any destination to the event location booked via the dedicated Air France or KLM websites or Air France or KLM mobile apps.
  • IDC only applies with a minimum spending value of EUR 140 for European bookings or EUR 170 for intercontinental bookings for 1 flight ticket for 1 person, excluding tax and surcharges.
  • Outbound (flying to the event) booking period is limited from today till the last day of the registered event, and inbound (flying back from event) is limited from first day of the registered event till seven days after the last day of the registered event.
  • IDC Travel period is limited from seven days before first day of the registered event till seven days after the last day of the registered event.
  • IDC is only valid on Air France and KLM marketed flights.
  • IDC usage is limited to use the first 100 times per discount code and limited to 1 voucher per user.
  • IDC applies to the airfare part of the entire booking and not per passenger.
  • IDC cannot be used in combination with other offers or travel vouchers and is not valid for Flying Blue reward tickets.
  • IDC must be entered at the time of booking and cannot be processed afterwards.
  • In case of cancellation of the ticket, the discount amount will not be refunded.
  • IDC does not apply to bookings with rates that are part of a package.
  • The general conditions of carriage of www.airfrance.com or www.klm.com also apply to the use of this discount code.
